About Me

Hi, my name is Veli, and welcome to Vel Driving School.

Cars have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I became a Qualified Vehicle Technician in 2016, gaining over five years of hands-on experience working with vehicles and understanding how they operate inside and out. Along the way, I also studied Automotive Engineering at Manchester Metropolitan University for two years, which gave me a solid technical foundation in the field.

My career has also taken me into the transportation industry for three years, where I gained real insight into road safety, vehicle performance, and the importance of professional driving standards.

Now, as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), I’ve brought all that knowledge and experience together to help learners become safe, confident, and skilled drivers. My background means I can not only teach you how to drive, but also help you understand your car better, from how it works to how to take care of it.

At Vel Driving School, my goal is simple: to make learning to drive a supportive, enjoyable, and successful journey. Whether it’s your very first lesson or you’re preparing for your driving test, I’ll guide you with patience, professionalism, and practical knowledge.

Driving is about more than just passing a test, it’s about gaining the skills for life on the road. And I’m here to help you every step of the way.
